Nice hotel close to the Milan (Bergamo) airport. The rooms are nice and clean. The room keys system created some problems when opening the door. Good breakfast with an average variety. The hotel restaurant has reasonable food and price. Underground garage designed only for small cars tp park in. Good parking at the

The bathroom was very cold due to unworking radiator in the room. The underground garage is designed only for parking small cars into it. I had Peugeot 5008 and really it was almost impossible to park the car in the garage and also left the garage. I could drive out easy due to only 3 parked cars. If garage would be full, I would need to find the proper way to do it.

Exactly what we needed when flying through Bergamo, staff were so friendly and helpful, lovely rooms

Staff were really friendly and accommodating, we arrived late at night and they were on hand to help us get settled and were very responsive. Rooms were beautiful and clean, large variety of breakfast options. Just wish it hadn't been a flying visit!

The hotel is amazing and people are super nice, I would 100% recommend. The spa is really nice and the gym is okay as well

What was less nice is that the rooms are not soundproof so if there are people in the hallway you will hear them. Also location if you have a car is okay but with train it is annoying since there is only one train per hour

Nice hotel and staff with some improvements needed.

Proximity to the airport was good.

The eggs were overcooked and over salted. I realize this may be a personal preference but when I arrived to eat at 7:45 am there were few eggs in the pan. Also when I close the door to my room it doesn’t lock immediately. I thought it was and checked only to find out it was not. This is a safety concern for me.

Art and arty wee surprise

What a surprise to see the fabulous facilities - art and decor. The staff were so lovely and made every effort to make our stay a pleasure.

Very Good

Although the hotel is not in an interesting area, it's a good alternative if you came to Bergamo by car since it has free parking and it's a 10 minutes drive to the city. Great breakfast too.

"Aeroporto" means planes taking off at dawn. Also, our room had a very large window (with no interesting view) that was collecting heat and the air condition could not be set below 25 degrees celcius, which is quite hot for a night in October.

Great location and more character than most airport hotels

Not the usual featureless airport hotel, it was spacious and quite arty. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Breakfast included and it was quite a good selection. Plenty of tables and chairs too. Very close to Orio airport. An easy walk into Stezzano which has a good selection of bars and restaurants. Parking out front and underground. Supermarket adjacent so you can take on supplies if on a road trip.

Not a lot to dislike, although if you are a light sleeper, you might be aware of slight aircraft noise. Prices were quite high but there was big demand due to the Giro di Lombardia finishing in the city on Saturday which brings thousands of extra people to the area.

It is great place to stay for one night, but no longer.

The location is great. Groceries are right around the corner, and there is Playground nearby.

The rooms smelled like smoke, hated that. Walls were kinda damaged, with marks. Not so clean feeling.

Good choice to stay

The location is very good. It's close to more amazing cities, the train is in a few minutes walk, the motorway is in a few minutes drive, there is a supermarket just next to the hotel, there is a small but lovely old center, that is also in a 10 mins walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of things. The flights didn't disturb us at all, the windows keep the noise outside.

The pillows were a bit hard and the room was far too hot with 27 degrees (and it was not possible to change it with the AC). There is no "Do not disturb" sign, we had to ask for not changing the towels and bed linen every day during the stay, otherwise they do. Instead of refilling the shower get/ soap dispenser, we got those stuffs in small 1 portion plastic sachets. There were generally too many things in small plastic sachets. I wish the hotel would care more for the environment.

really modern and bright reception area, staff were helpful in ordering us a taxi at 4am and asking if we needed a wake up call etc.

if you are in room 301 you’re right by the lift which dings all night with people coming up & down - the rooms were also a little dated but nothing major
